Thomas Fleay

Western Australia State Manager

Thomas Fleay

Coming from an electrical background, Thomas completed his apprenticeship in 2011 which allowed him to transition to work across a wide variety of industries including mining, oil and gas, high and low voltage commissioning, maintenance, construction, renewable energy and various installation works.

Over the many years of not only working as a frontline technician but managing trade personnel he became increasingly frustrated with the poor management systems and lack of technologies technicians were reliant on in order to complete various frontline tasks. Specifically, the inability for technicians to attain the right level of remote technical support from their respective senior personnel.

This compelled him to explore new ways in which frontline workers can use emerging technologies to complete tasks more efficiently, with greater accuracy and improved quality and safety. Since early 2020 Thomas has developed a new passion for hands-free smart glass technology and will continue to work closely with the technology to promote and educate the enterprise sectors.

Thomas is very excited to take on the position as Western Australian State Manager and to be working with technology that’s transforming a wide variety of industries, but more importantly he’s most proud to be working with a team of such innovative people.
