Jeff Berg

General Manager

Jeff Berg

Jeff has over 25 years of experience in the IT networking and wireless communications sector including design, support, project management and business management.

His early career focused on global Tier 1 ISP Telecommunications, and subsequently moved into the mining wireless communications space, which he has been doing for over a decade. Jeff has held a number of senior technical and leadership roles in this area.

Jeff started with Acubis in March 2020 as the Operations Manager and oversaw extraordinary company growth, expanding the business from Queensland into NSW and WA while nearly tripling the size of the workforce.

Moving into the General Manager role in early 2024 was a natural progression, building on his previous experiences to continue to lead Acubis into the future.

Jeff received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Radford University in Virginia, USA and holds several industry related technical qualifications.

Irene Eldridge

Irene Eldridge

Irene has extensive experience in developing and maintaining the overarching processes and procedures of Administration and Fiscal Operations for organisations within Local Government, Civil Construction and Mining Sectors.

During her career she has been instrumental in enhancing organisational performance and accountability through establishing, attaining and maintaining Certifications in Integrated Management Systems for Quality, Health Safety and Environment. These certifications form the foundation of an organisation’s operations, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and thereby positioning them for advanced job opportunities.

Her change management experience has assisted organisations to redesign and redefine their operations and direction to achieve optimal outcomes in service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Irene commenced with Acubis in October 2017 and has witnessed firsthand the growth and expansion of Acubis under the direction of the Leadership Team and the support of its Directors.

Irene’s Graduate Studies include a Diploma of Teaching (Griffith University); Postgraduate Studies include 10 units towards a Bachelor of Social Science (Southern Cross University), Graduate Certificate Adult Literacy and Numeracy (Rockhampton TAFE), Specialist Teacher Training (Ipswich Qld) and an Undergraduate Certificate IV Occupational Health Safety (Vertical Horizonz Australia).

Tanya Bowden

Quality Assurance Manager

Tanya Bowden

Tanya Bowden is a quality assurance manager with a passion for process improvement.

With extensive experience overseeing administrative and financial operations in the fields of mining and education, she has successfully implemented ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001 standards while maintaining certification.

Tanya is dedicated to improving quality, safety and productivity to achieve best possible service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Tanya holds a Bachelor of Management (Tourism & Hospitality) from the University of South Australia and Certificate IV in Work, Health and Safety.

Truly Radford

Procurement Manager

Truly Radford

Truly has over 24 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.

During her career she honed her skills across several segments within one of Australia’s leading Telecommunication companies and was the Subject Matter Expert for their line of Disability products, regularly show casing these products to different communities and groups located in Northern Tasmania.

Truly started with Acubis in April 2018 in an Administration role and moved across to Procurement shortly thereafter.

Truly has a customer focus and a strong commitment to sourcing reputable products to best suit customer requirements. Truly is Acubis’s Procurement Specialist.

Kyle Sauer

Operations Coordinator

Kyle has over fifteen years of Telecommunications experience between structured and RF communications. He is a seasoned Telecommunications & Network Technician with five years of experience at Acubis.

Kyle has specialised experience in tackling intricate technical challenges, thriving on employing methodical and logical approaches to uncover solutions.

While employed as a Communications Technician, Kyle has had diverse responsibilities, including day-to-day communications support, resolving breakdowns and scheduled maintenance on light vehicles, heavy vehicles, and ancillary equipment such as dozers, graders, excavators, draglines and overseeing LTE and radio system upgrades.

In the role of Operations Coordinator, Kyle is the primary point of contact for clients and employees, addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. He collaborates with different teams, including sales, engineering, and management, to align operational activities with the business goals and objectives.

With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Ross specialises in leading complex projects that integrate communications and renewable energy solutions. His expertise encompasses strategic planning, resource management, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve efficient outcomes.

Ross has a proven track record in the renewables, communications, and defence sectors where he leverages strong leadership and problem-solving skills to deliver impactful results.

Ross is passionate about driving positive change and is dedicated to advancing communications and renewable energy initiatives for a more secure future.

In the role of Senior Projects Manager, Ross is the primary point of contact for clients and employees, addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
