Starlink Mini Compatible Truck Bundle – R6260 mount solution with rugged Starlink housing, cables, power and switching

A permanent, vehicle-rated in-motion system engineered for trucks, Red Dot R6260 air-conditioning units, commercial fleets and mining vehicles providing IP68 protection for your Starlink Mini and components in harsh environments.

• 1 x Starlink Mini V-Cell rugged enclosure kit – IP68 Mine Spec.
• 2 x IP68 Bulkhead Sockets for DC Power and RJ45 Data for the V-Cell.
• 2 x Starlink Mini DC Power Cables (Short & Long).
• 1 x Starlink Gen 3, RJ45 Cable (0.5m for internal V-Cell connection ONLY) *note below TIP 💡
• 1 x Certified Regulated DC Voltage Booster 12v to 35v in Anderson configuration.
• 1 x Illuminated satellite Rocker Switch
• 1 x R6260 Compatible Aluminium Mount, powder coated in white.
• Fastener Pack (please double check suitability for your specific install)

Note: The Starlink Mini receiver unit is not included and can be purchased from Starlink.com or a major retailer.

Tip 💡:  If you want to by-pass the Starlink Mini’s integrated router & wifi, or simply connect to the Starlink Mini in LAN mode, a longer data cable (Gen 3 RJ45) will also be required (this is not included in this bundle). You can also use a Starlink Router Mini in the same configuration to extend WIFI into the cabin if you have issues with the WIFI from the Starlink Mini on its own.

✅ R6260-Compatible Vehicle Mount — Powder-coated aluminium mount in white engineered for the Red Dot R6260 footprint used widely across trucking and mining fleets. Provides a rigid, vibration-resistant structural interface.

✅ Mini V-Cell Mine-Spec Housing — Fully enclosed, impact-resistant housing that shields the Starlink Mini from dust, debris, wind load and continuous vibration.

✅ Certified 35V Regulated Power Booster — Converts 12–30 V vehicle supply to a stable 35V output suitable for in-motion Mini operation.

✅ Heavy-Duty DC Cabling Set — Includes 0.5m and 2m cables with thick insulation suitable for automotive routing paths.

✅ IP68 Bulkhead Sockets (x2) — Waterproof, vibration-secure pass-through for protected DC & Data (optional) entry into the housing or vehicle bodywork.

✅ Illuminated 3-Pole Rocker Switch — Provides clear on/off control for vehicle-mounted Starlink Mini systems.

Installation Overview

1. Confirm the Red Dot R6260 platform is structurally sound and free of obstruction.

2. Position the mount and secure using vehicle-rated fasteners.

3. Install the V-Cell housing onto the mount and torque all fixings.

4. Route DC & Data cabling through protected automotive pathways.

5. Fit the IP68 bulkhead socket through the chosen sealed pass-through.

6. Connect the 35V regulator to the 12–30V vehicle supply and verify polarity.

7. Install the 3-pole rocker switch in an accessible cabin location.

8. Perform final vibration and stability checks before operating in motion.
